      Pros

      Great products in a growing industry. It is a relatively large organization with siginificant opportunities to join new groups and some cross-functional experience. The benefits are a bit average but better than other similar companies.

      Cons

      Given its large size, you may at times feel like you are just a number. In addition, with their recent organizational structure, there are not as many opportunities to grow into a Leadership position as there was when the company had 10 different business units with their own profit and loss.

      Pros

      My immediate work environment is good. I’ve been able to get certifications paid for by the company. Band 3 benefits are good.

      Cons

      No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out. My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis. The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
