Pros
You get experience from different companies
Cons
No health insurance, no paid vacation, no PTO, no paid sick day, unprofessional approach whenever an employee from another company reach out to them. They make you look and feel like you are the one at fault when the Spanish speaker doesn't even know how to spell their name. Or the English speaker is rude or has a hair trigger temper. 13 dollars the hour. Mandatory upgrade to Medical calls ... same salary when others paid up to 20+ for the same work. No one answers emails, trainers play d*mb when asked any questions. Back to back calls with no time to even drink water. NEW ISSUE.. LANGUAGE LINE ADDS ADDITIONAL MANDATORY OVERTIME base on "company needs" and thats not even in the job offer. If you can't or don't want to work those added hours they code you as no show. They asked for the interpreter to study terminology for the training on their on time, imagine having 2 jobs..... and a family.
