- Payroll is literally useless, there are only 3 people working there for a company that has more than 1k of employees, and the worst part is that 2 out of those 3 people are part time in payroll and are taking calls because the amount of calls is HUGE.
- The salary does not compensate the amount of effort and work that an interpreter has to do on regular basis, the hourly paycheck is basically 12% of that the company makes in an hour based on what they charge their customers.
-Also management doesn't even know what is going on with their interpreters, they do not monitor the calls and they have 0 interest on how their employees are doing.
