- Culture is great, being a remote company the leadership team always find ways to have activities to know each other and have a great time - Salaries are fair, and benefits cover from accountant to private insurance - You have a voice within the product, you can go beyond your job title - It's fun, smart and humble people around makes you feel comfortable to share your ideas and you will be constantly learning from others
Cons
- As a young company from time to time we have to wear more hats which is not totally bad, but you have to be versatile and embrace change
