Gibson is ruining what was once a GREAT company - Client Service Specialist Paychex Employee Review

EE's are not allowed to speak amongst themselves. Leadership is pushing India partners on all aspects and its ruined the quality and customer satisfaction. Clients are aware and are leaving in mass. I don't know what, why or even who thought this was a good direction to go! Since Gibson is in charge the issues fall on him. The future for Paychex is very cloudy and quite honestly if they continue this path the company may be bought out or go under due to the amount of client turn over. No accountability even though its one of their "core values". Sr leadership leaving in mass as well.
