      You’re able to work from home

      Cons

      This place is unorganized and upper management is only concerned with profits and not their employees. The quotas required for HRBP’s aren’t realistic and causes burnout fast with no overtime available to meet them. Other departments don’t know what’s going on with the clients and we are made to be the quarterback for EVERYTHING.I use to bleed Paychex blue but once Gibson took over, that changed. This place is a total dumpster fire.

      Pros

      Paychex is a great company to work for. I’ve held multiple roles over 20+ years. There are always ups and downs, but for every position, manager, decision I disagree with, there are ten others that are outstanding.

      Cons

      It’s a large company with many opportunities to grow, but smaller companies may offer higher compensation.

      Pros

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Cons

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.
