Pros

I met some good people.

Cons

I worked here for over ten years. Hindsight is 20/20 so they say, it’s been a year since I left, so I thought I try and help someone else by sharing my experience. In reality I stayed with the company for 8 years to long. There are two types that suffer by associating themselves with this company. Number 1 clients and number 2 employees. This is not a growth company it’s a margin’s company, and to advance you need to very often not do the right thing. Leadership is very weak because at the executive level they have already made there money and aren’t willing to make the hard changes for good. There products also hurt the clients they propose to serve. There HR services products are terrible for clients. As you can imagine the culture is terrible. The grass is greener this place is not somewhere to make a career.

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Remote work and Flexible Time Off

Cons

Low pay. Minimal to no career growth. Constant leadership turnover. Conflicting priorities from the top with little strategic direction. Endless “do more with less” mentality and burnout. Mandatory culture and positivity “training” instead of fixing the problems creating poor culture. The company has become reactive, chaotic, and disconnected from the employees who keep it running. Current CEO drove down stock price and eradicated worker morale. Terrible leadership.
