Pros

Great perks for Sales Reps No much pavement pounding Great rewards for achievement The most friendly environment I have ever worked in.

Cons

Unbalanced territory distribution for reps. payroll specialists don't tend to share the rosy demeanors that the sales reps have. New sales tracking software may lead to micromanagement

Pros

People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

Cons

Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.

Pros

Literally just being able to work fully remote, but not much else

Cons

Pay is ridiculously low for the expected effort and tasks needed to handle client sales and after sales nurturement. About 1/3 of sales team ever hits the monthly quota. You get 13% commissions of deal size which typical deal size is anywhere from $700-$1500, 13% of that is less than $200 gross for huge amount of work load per deal for the client to just end up canceling and commissions gets clawed back.
