It was just the department I was in. A lot of lying and not caring truly about thier employees. I was fired for having an illness and I begged for my job and asked to work from home and had Dr approval and they still fired me. They pretend they care but really don't. Metrics are easy but not fair as they keep people who do not know the job and reward them more just bc they come to work but when they are actually there they don't do anything or know what they are doing. Depending on what u want to do, not to much career advancement unless u want to move to NYC
