      Pros

      - unlimited PEO - but get ready for comments from management when you actually take off, and good luck hitting quota that month

      Cons

      - the pay is a joke - took away everything we could sell - oh did I mention the pay is a joke? - leadership takes little to no responsibility - my team has had over 5 reps quit in a 3-5 month window - the OTE is also a joke - maybe 10 percent of reps will actually hit that - training is focused on how to sell not actually learning what you are selling and becoming a subject matter expert - churn and burn sales - micromanagement is insane the worst iv had in the 8 year career - zone managers are all hoorahhhh and actually do nothing its insane they are paid for what they do

      Pros

      Paychex is a great company to work for. I’ve held multiple roles over 20+ years. There are always ups and downs, but for every position, manager, decision I disagree with, there are ten others that are outstanding.

      Cons

      It’s a large company with many opportunities to grow, but smaller companies may offer higher compensation.

      Pros

      People and the overall environment is a positive one. If you do your part, definite long term career potential. It’s not easy- but stable, growing. Worth serious consideration for early career looking for sales experience with a great training program. Also good for mid-career consideration if base salary isn’t the primary reason you are in sales.

      Cons

      Very fast pace that doesn’t suit everyone. If you are looking for easy or just a job to “hang out”, this probably isn’t the right spot for you.
