      Very nice working environment, supportive colleagues, international team, entry to sales in tech, relatively flexible working times depending on the team, Financial support when moving countries for work

      Cons

      Low pay compared to respomsibilities, limited benefits, lack of information or support as a result of working for a vendor - not a direct provider of the SaaS

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
