Pros

Provide equipment, work at home in your pajamas, only had to communicate with my coworkers or supervisor in Teams, they offer the option to get paid daily if you need to.

Cons

After you’re there for 90 days they have hard expectations. You are expected to do ALOT of things at the same time. I don’t mind multitasking but OMG! If you don’t reach your expected goals you get wrote up. They do let you tell them what you need to reach your goals for example job shadowing with a coworker. After your third write up you are let go.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
