      High compensation, allowances, very lenient to attendance especially if backed with valid proofs

      Cons

      Some of the supervisors do have their favorite agents. They always assume that we already know the basics of the account.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
