      Pros

      Paid training, Legit company with easy software to learn. Pay after training was the same as advertised. Provided equipment.

      Cons

      No warning on termination. When the GIG ended it ended immediately.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
