      Cheaper cost but not as worthy as the other BPO.

      Cons

      Unprofessional people to work with. Long recruitment process. Giving wrong tests to applicants. The agents are unhappy with the management team. Lazy and unprofessional Team Leads.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
