Pros

If I have one thing I can say that was a positive experience at TeleTech is the opportunity for advancement. It seems some people are promoted right out of their training classes. Yet, this can be a "con" as well. There's a lot of inexperienced Supervisors that are expected to support their agents.

Cons

Agents usually know MORE than their immediate supervisors! It's difficult to lead a staff of supervisors when you'd rather work directly with the agents.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you've noticed our efforts to open many opportunities for employees, specially those who are performing well on the job. Changing the culture hasn't been a smooth ride, but nothing great comes easy as you know. TeleTech is committed more than ever to listening to employees and having an open communication between them and management. It is also in our greatest interest to retain top talent and develop them, that is why we launched iAspire, to boost the careers of employees within the company. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review and we wish you successful years ahead!
