      no commute no gas to be wasted flexible schedule saves money on eating out

      Cons

      no pto training doesn't last long system issues (depending on the program you work for) if you work overtime they will dock your pay

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
