Pros

Almost anyone can get a job with this company. Work from home jobs available. If you can stand to work here for 6 months or more, you will probably get promoted.

Cons

Very low salary but high performance expectations. Overworked/slow response internal support. Overworked/slow response Team Leaders Unreliable software tools. Disconnected systems require duplicated work. Everyone I have dealt with in the company says all the right things yet does none of them.Think of "The Emperor's New Clothes". Very high turnover for work-from-home CSRs.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that your experience with TeleTech hasn't match our reputation as a great company to work at. Each year, management reflects on how to leverage employee salary and benefits. If the company is unable to increase salaries, it definitely gives more to the benefits and incentives package. Recently, we've made some changes to make the work experience better, and we're definitely going to continue improving the people and systems to make your job as easy as it can be. We appreciate all your feedback and will look into all this further. Thank you once again and we hope you'll stick around to see the new changes that's coming.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
