      Pros

      I am very happy with my current employer - Teletech compared to my previous company. I am very pleasure to be part of Teletech. This company is very employee focus, we are ensuring that employees are happy and in a good position. The promotions are very fast.

      Cons

      The facilities. I know this can be improved for employee engagement and activities.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
