Pros
Competitive wages and you don’t have to get your hands dirty. The location is close to home and the environment seems very nice at first. I love the view from the outside break area! 401k and vacation packages are competitive to other companies in the area.
Cons
I have a lot I could say here, but in fear of someone having the ability to identify me, I will keep it short and simple. Trust no one. Do only your required tasks, nothing more nothing less. Speak to co-workers as minimally as possible. Follow the rules. Don’t expect advancement unless you are personal friends with management. Never voice your opinions or be openly honest about ANYTHING.
