      it enables you to become a keen listener and develop your speaking skills in proper English grammar.

      Cons

      i was not happy after finding out that my contribution for two years was not remitted, though it was deducted automatically from my salary, making me a delinquent member to such organization.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
