Pros

The ability to work from home is very awesome. Can wear PJ's, no commute, all the things that are great about working from home.

Cons

Amazingly, you are paid less than your office going counterparts. You provide your own equipment and internet and office space and for the most part your own IT. Training is absolutely atrocious. It's still a call center job and you are very much tied to your desk. You also get less breaks then the brick and mortar employees.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
