Pros

You can work from home and some of the projects have a nice hourly rate.

Cons

They need to work on their training. They spend too much time on the technical stuff instead of the stuff you need to take calls. Also they need to improve on their management. The first Team Lead I had never answered any emails or any questions I had and I was new. After having to be asked to be put with another one I was then given to a 3rd TL. After 3 months with this TL and emails that had me thinking that I was doing good and improving, I had my first 1 on 1 (suppose to have at least 1 a month). My first 1 on 1 was to let me know that I did not certify and that they were letting me go. I was shocked because I was under a completely different impression. Also after they let me go and I reopened my unemployment, for 3 weeks they were still saying I was employed thru them and i was unable to get my unemployment during that time. And apparently if you do not work for them anymore your former TL or anyone else you worked with will not respond to you. Very disappointed in how they work and would never tell someone i liked to work for them.

Pros

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
