      Pros

      Yo can grown within the company in just few years, the salary is good for undergraduate persons. Many training resources. You can improve your English skills. As a first time job, is excellent.

      Cons

      There's a lot of personnel rotation in the company, so you should be very carefully when you decide to change your position, maybe the project will be closed and you will be fired. If you get fired, you usually need to start over from the agent position. Depending on the project, you should say goodbye to your personal life because they will ask you to stay there many extra hours.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
