      Pros

      There are a number of great, intelligent people working at TeleTech and the facilities are incredibly nice.

      Cons

      There is a lot of division between organizations with little recognition for the work. It's a story of getting more done in less time.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
