Pros

Base pay rate, quick promotions, flexible scheduling, positive atmosphere, on-job training, monthly bonuses, benefits, health incentives, social events, good location

Cons

Promotions are very competitive, scheduling is flexible but requires jumping through a few hoops, benefits are a very, very, very high percentage of your pay and offer very, very, very little coverage (UHC), management understands how disposable employees are in this industry and give little thought to firing employees

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
