      TeleTech offers career growth for those willing to pay their dues. For everyone that complains about the entry level positions, I can assure you that no decision is made lightly when it comes to our employees. We try to be as fair and diplomatic as possible and do what we can based on what our clients require.

      Compensation. Would love to catch up to other employers who are not as good as us.

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
