Pros

there are no pros at all to list.

Cons

low pay constant micromanagement lack of proper training for position got told on several scheduled breaks that I had to get back on the phone or be fired irregardless of it being my scheduled break. forced enrollment in to a 401k scam that drains your 401k. rampant sexual harassment from supervisors and management. forgery of legal documents. 2 year non-compete contract that they tell every one is a 10 year non-compete contract.

Back to back calls but is manageable.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
