Pros

Great management, reliable job, great coworkers, and an easy job.

Cons

Inbound sales doesn't earn commission off of what they sell, only bonuses if they meet certain criteria which is nearly impossible given the calls they receive. Floor manager doesn't listen to employees when giving feedback on how many misdirects the employees receive a day. Prank calls, incorrect internal transfers, wrong dials, etc. all count against the employees in the sales division.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
