Pros

Working from home is the only good thing about the job

Cons

Everything else. The training did not prepare us for the job. We were thrown into it without any real training on the actual work that we would be doing but then blamed when new didn't know it. Most of the training centered around TTEC software and not what we use for the job. Metrics are impossible to meet. No pay raises. Micromanaged and rushed. Very sloppy work environment. Tech issues almost daily. Rude supervisors. No place for advancement. Shift bids very often. Micromanagement to ridiculous degrees. We were told that we would be "called down" if we were 30 seconds late clocking in. They literally time you when you go pee. Not getting a crappy shift in the next bid is the only motivation ,other than one's own internal work ethic, to even try. If you can't take rude and nasty customers yelling at you because of someone else's sloppy work then don't even apply. It's not worth it. I will get out as soon as I can.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
