Pros

Flexibility with schedule for supervisors with children, options to advance are available, paid training environment, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Compensation of supervisors is lacking based on the expected work load. Lack of recognition provided for a job well done. Constantly being advised that supervisors are an expense to the company, we do not make them any money, therefore we do not receive equipment that operates properly. We are held accountable for things that are outside of our control and expected to change said things that are out of our control.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
