Pros

Set Schedule. Potential for commission. Good starter job if you plan on staying in outbound sales or collections.

Cons

High turnover. Constantly moving desks and computers. High expectations for commission. Although you work with existing customers, 9/10 times they aren't expecting your call and don't want to talk to you. (Essentially cold calling) Training doesn't prepare you for the aggressive sales floor.

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
