      Pros

      Relaxed working environment. Don't have to worry about supervisors breathing down your neck. If you are a self-starter you can be successful. Most people that work there are laid back and really cool individuals. Supervisors and team leads are pretty helpful.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. The pay is low and you will never see a raise.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
