I have absolutely none because of their unfair practices and policies

It is a shame how this company when an agent has system issues, clearly to no fault of their own, this company would not pay the employee which is unfair. We have system issues daily and it is always a problem with their server. This posed a hardship on the employee when it is a company issue.

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.
