you can't clock out to use the restroom Pay isn't competitive and benefits aren't either The TL's are a problem they constantly switch you to different groups and they all have different wants when it should be universal Oh they will also switch your schedule on you and volen-tell you what your gonna do and when but won't work with you when you want to attend school even when my doctor filled out an Ada form and said my schedule needs to be switched and I need school as my mental health has declined since I stopped and worked solely for this crappy company

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
