Pros

I like the fact that you get always up to date information about policies and changes with them, you have search tools that is needed to do your job and answer questions, you have great support from team members, with the continous learning about health insurance to better yourself and others you come in contact with

Cons

INFORMATION OVERLOAD AND NOT HAVING ENOUGH TIME TO PROCESS IT ALL

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
