Decent pay and desperate overtime pay makes great money. work from home, some equipment provided.
Cons
politics. training issues, the guidelines are not clear and what is expected can at time not be done with out you scrambling to either lie to customers so that you can meet the goals set by the company. the whole ownership mental thing is a bit much
