      Its a job. If you are used to working minimum wage jobs then pay is decent. Managers are cool. Paid time off

      Pay is not good for work you do Not many advancement opportunities Programs can shut down like mine at anytime and your without a job

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
