      Pros

      The people here are great, management was supportive and helped me accomplish my goals. Program goals/expectations were also reasonable and commission was good. Opportunities are there to move up if you want them. They were willing to try to accommodate schedule needs for stuff like school, child care, etc as much as possible.

      Cons

      Pay was low compared to other similar positions. My program had really long hours without any shift differential bonuses. Benefits were expensive and I didn't really like the available plans. The building could use some serious upkeep also.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
