Pros

Absolutely confounding, but for some reason exceptionally talented people work here. If you like an environment with constantly changing priorities (many times they change daily) and having to be in a rush to deliver unrealistic services in unrealistic time frames and then having to go back and fix the half baked implementation, the TeleTech is the place for you.

Cons

Dysfunctional leadership more concerned with getting their bonuses or covering their posteriors than doing the right thing or taking care of their most valuable resource - the people who make everything actually work -. Below market pay for knowledge workers. Reviews technically are called "Performance" reviews, but are in actuality little more than a popularity contest. A whimsical CEO who rants about saving money.. right up until he latches on to a tech industry buzz word and then lets everything else suffer because he wants a new toy. Oh yeah this is also the guy who turns around and blames everyone for not giving him his toys as fast as he wants because he is so far out of touch with the realities of how his company works that it's just beyond amazing.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
