      Pros

      Professionalism at its best. Well managed. Provide training to perform at the very best. Mutual respect from all employers. Good pay. Opportunity to grow within the company. Great work environment. Knowledge that can be applied to one's everyday life.

      Cons

      Pressure to perform good numbers. Multitasking 3 to 4 things at once. After training things can become stressful but with the help of fellow co workers one fits right in.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
