Pros

Work from home Training is very easy Pay is $15 minimum on any project PTO and Wellness time

Cons

90% of jobs are Call center focused (too much emphasis on metrics, having to stick to adherence such as you can’t use the bathroom without taking penalty and tone-deaf quality assurance grading) Experience will vary depending on what project you’re assigned to Client company might have ridiculous unattainable goals for metrics Sometimes it’s better just to apply directly to the company you’re assigned to because the pay might be drastically lower as a TTEC employee PTO doesn’t start accruing until after 90 days of employment

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
