      Pros

      Flexible shifts because of Hybrid work model and cooperative managers. Small member groups(<20) for each product team, so you work with almost everyone on projects and also on personal level. Relaxed work because of long project staffing. Opportunity to learn and work on multiple stacks as a developer which helps building knowledge.

      Cons

      Company & Management recommends to not stay too much time in office or work late night. But sometimes depends on project or high impact issues just like any other organisation

      Pros

      Working at TTEC is good mainly because it offers remote work, flexible schedules, and an easy entry point for beginners. You also get paid training, decent benefits, and a supportive team environment, with some chances to move up

      Cons

      Working at TTEC can be tough because of low pay, high stress from constant customer calls, and inconsistent management. Schedules can also change, training may feel rushed, and there’s high turnover with limited job security

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
