      Pros

      The convenience of working from home.

      Cons

      Constant technical problems, the phones do not work and they haven't fixed them for days, calls get cut off in mid sentence, can't even take calls because the phones don't work.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
