      A lot of room for advancement. Many major company's to work for. Great learning opportunities. This is a great job to start your career with.

      Cons

      If you dont know how office politics work you may get left behind. Be careful how close you get to your superiors they do hold grudges.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
