Pros

PTO and sick time accrued daily Lenient attendance policy It's a paycheck Health insurance and 401k - Though it is expensive and they contribute very little.

Cons

No support from higher ups. Questions are typically answered after a few hours, if at all. Very obvious favoritism. Quality control makes their own rules, decides when they want to follow them and doesn't grade calls consistently. When you ask for clarification, supervisors say they'll find out, but never follow up. Training is a joke, most of the time is spent waiting instead of covering vital information. Most of the training happens when they throw you to the wolves and aren't given grace for mistakes made due to lack of training. I would never work here again.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
