      Pros

      You get to assist the elderly and disabled with medicare prescription drug plans during the open enrollment periods.

      Cons

      Change hours frequently... only seasonal... no regards to noise level while on phone with customers.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
