Pros

They will train you on any subject they could need related to the contractor or project they are working with.

Cons

Trainers are usually improvised from among themselves and not always have the minimum required teaching strategies to do so. Therefore, the training periods used to be stressful and of great disappointment among the employees. They will give you VTOs frequently, once at work or at the "production floor" how they call it. Salary could go mostly down depending of the project will you work for. So $10.00/hour is the usual for CS and of course, it is so low in comparison of the amount and quality of work they expect you to do.
