Pros

Work from home is a pro

Cons

Training is not great. You basically watch a bunch of PowerPoint presentations. Their AHT is 7 minutes which is unrealistic considering most people calling need more than 7 minutes. Every situation is different Back to back calls Cannot use acw to put in your notes ACW is 9 seconds Csrs want to help the customer, but can't due to constantly being reprimanded for going over 7 minutes. Angry customers. Slow computers Ancient CRM system that is constantly failing. Give you a hard time about taking time off, even when you have accrued PTO Can't plan a vacation bc they usually deny PTO The list is endless

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

Pros

Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

Cons

The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
