      The pros are only the benefits nothing else

      Cons

      Micromanagement, 6min personal time in a day outside of your 2 15 min breaks. 30s to put your notes after a call. Calls are back to back any time in a year.

      Pros

      Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

      Cons

      Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
